Well, it's been a bit since Itachi-san decided to leave. And apparently I missed a couple of good reasons to drink peoples' birthdays.

Work has had me busy. But I am considering moving into a new apartment. The upper floors in this building really are a bit expansive for just Samehada and I alone in one apartment.

One would think it rather easy to grow tired of the drink, eat, sleep, work, go home, drink, eat sleep, work, go home routine.

Things are pretty uninteresting right now, although the increase of fights around the Katsu apartments has proved entertaining enough... well, while I happen to be around that is. I'd still consider them in short supply though. Could always use a bit more to keep myself occupied.

Still no roommate. I am thinking I might have to take up an old trade in order to keep up with the rent this month. Not that I mind, really, it pays well enough for those who know how to keep their heads above the water, figuratively speaking.

So there was a fight on the weekend. Itachi-san, apparently your little brother got arrested. Seems he lacks the tact of the older generation, huh? Oh well, it was amusing to watch at the very least... despite some less honorable tactics.

Well, by the end of the month I'll have a brat moving in. Not a promising prospect in any way besides the lone fact I won't have to worry about financing the other half of this apartment's rent. Something-or-other Haku.

I will adjust easily enough.

Though, it seems that the furniture that should have been in weeks ago from Sapporo won't be adjusting so well. All I received was my desk and couch. And they weren't even in the condition I left them in. I guess it doesn't matter. It's no life-or-death situation in which I need those things, but it would have been nice to not have to worry about buying new things right away.

Itachi-san, how goes that little issue of yours we were talking about before?

Definitely a resolution worth sticking to.

Deidara. I left your cat in my old apartment. It has food and water, but that'll run out eventually, so you'd be wise to pick the little bugger up before he keels over from the stench of that litter or new tenants move in and claim him on you.

I'm in Tokyo now. Fresh waters. Some familiar faces... but that can't be helped. The jobs available are much better at least, and I've gotten myself a pretty okay apartment. Hopefully the rental ad that I put in the apartment search directory is answered soon. I definitely could use a roommate to bite in half the cost of this place.

Itachi-san. Sasori. You two have your own places in the Katsu apartment complex as well, am I right? Stop by 5A some time.
